iRush Sports Flag Football League  

iRush Sports Flag Football is a  premier recreational league for the popular sport of flag football.  RFF was established to provide a healthy and active lifestyle for individuals, as well as to provide a social and fun outlet within the community.  This adult male & co-ed league is an organized league that has established teams and players with beginner and advanced skills levels. There are 4 seasons annually, and each season lasts 7 weeks with an additional 2 weeks of playoff games.  The top teams go head to head for a final battle on the field at the end of the season.  Players can sign up as an individual or sign up a full team!  So if you are looking to find a fun way to exercise, a way to meet people, or just to live out your old glory days of football, come out and play!
